"Beautiful property and check in was perfect. Very sweet representative and he gave us the highest level with the best view that he could as it was my birthday. I love that this location is attached to the Galleria and we went to Maggianos for dinner. We only stayed for a night, wish it could have been longer but we did also take advantage of brunch at the hotel, which was very good and just a quick elevator ride. "

"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."
