Hotel still using plastic electric kettle. Stainless steel would be nice. Probably hotel management should consider doing some upgrades. "

"I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using."
