"We had one of the corner rooms spacious enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) to sleep in. It was on the 19th floor with a good view. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. We wish there were chairs in the room. Some street noise is inevitable but nothing terrible. The breakfast features variety but could be more affordable (it cost us around $140 for a family of 4). Parking is $80/night so if you are renting, keep that in mind. The staff was great! "

"We stayed in one of the club rooms which included breakfast buffet. The staff and service were exceptional from valet, check-in, restaurant, to maid service. The breakfast buffet, the in-room and desserts we had were great. It is within 5 min walking distance to Union Square and shopping, and about 15 min to China Town. Con: unfortunately due to the current state of SF Downtown, lot of near by shops were permanently closed, or closed for the day by 6pm. "
