"The apartment was excellent. Really nice and spacious. Gym and pool are excellent. The main issue was the outside noise. It would appear all windows are single glazed with the road noise making it difficult to sleep. Also the living room didn’t have a blackout blind, and with a street light right outside the room was very light which again made sleeping very difficult."

"It was a wonderful experience. The suites are spacious and clean, along with a full kitchen with utensils. The WiFi works great and the furniture is comfortable. Besides the room itself, the customer service was also great, and we were quickly helped whenever we needed."

"The bed is super comfortable, self check in instructions are clear. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer and coffee maker all work excellently. The only downside is the shower hot water takes forever to start, and the heater is very noisy. It’s also close to the road, so the noises from the construction and roads are very noisy. Love the fact there’s elevator. "

"I'll be completely honest, when i walked in to the creepy old maze of a hallway I was uncertain. Pinestead surprises! We stayed in a Kitchenette and none of us wanted to leave! Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, cozy, and close enough to the beach to hear the waves! I am disabled and our room was close enough that i could manage to get too and from my car with only my cane (i definitely would have needed the wheelchair had i gone to the...
