"When we arrived the building across the strert was going through renovation, so it was noisy. The hotel was good , front desk was helpful, clean rooms , very tastful decor , and very pleasant place to be . The only negative part were the elavators . Very small but thats the only thing i had an issue with . Great location and had plenty of places to visit in the area. Room was a decent size for two people . I would definitely consider staying again "

"The room we stayed in was labeled as deluxe. It was a very nice standard room with a terrible view. Not deluxe. Staff was courteous and helpful. One of the two elevators was not operating causing long wait time for each ride up or down. The property is otherwise well maintained and clean. It is very nicely located near herald square and koreatown. "
