Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. "The place is pretty new (believe it was built in July of 2023), so it was very nice and modern. I didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything someone would need. You have a view of the mountains from the window. However, there is a horrible smell (like sewage) coming from a drain in the bathroom that makes the whole apartment smell if the windows are not kept open. Side note to keep in mind: you are only given one roll of toilet paper, so buy some if you plan on a stay longer than...

"The proprietor tried to be helpful but couldn’t be reached when necessary. The keys I was given did not open the door to the apartment and required a second trip by the proprietor. Then, we discovered that only one of the two bedrooms had linens. We booked two adults in a two bedroom apartment. The second bed just had a cover on it. I could not reach the proprietor to correct this. The furniture was tired. The apartment was somewhat clean but not immaculate by any means. "

"Two blocks from downtown. Walking distance to bus station for tours to Tierra Del Fuego National Park. Grocery store close by. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Did not use other bed. Shower great. Small but adequate kitchen. In an apartment building. I had problems with the key. I think it was just me. I had people who live there help me a couple times. No front desk.
