"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Within walking distance to most tourist sites and food. The metro station is opposite the apartment. While the location of the apartment is in a very noisy area, with some homelessness outside the apartment, we didn't experience any issues or feel unsafe. The bathrooms in the apartment are semi-private. if sharing apartment with other people may no be ideal. Overall a comfortable stay. thank you. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "This property is very well located. There’s a Metro entrance just at the corner of the street (1 minute apart) from which you can go to almost anywhere. You can buy a 10-rides Metro card for around $7. Finally, the continental breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety, and the food is delicious and fresh. Unforgettable experience."
