We only had 1 night in the hotel and a late checkin and early departure so didn't get to see much apart from the garden squares which were very nice.

I loved my stay at Galos
"Casa Galos was a very nicely done complete remodel of an old mansion up the hill in Cerro Conception Valpo with a rooftop deck and great view of the harbor, and close to several excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast healthy and fresh. I highly recommend it."

The historic centre of Valparaiso is unique, with its extraordinary street art and its antique funiculars but can feel a little threatening if you stray off the beaten track. However local residents were quick to point out where it wasn't safe to be.
