"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Nice apartment, need a mirror in the bedroom and two chairs at the table. I wanted breakfast on Monday morning, got back late Saturday, reception was closed and not open all day Sunday so had a croissant at the supermarket at 12:00 pm 🙁🙁"

"Stayed overnight on way home from the Alps and the location was perfect. We didn't really use the kitchenette or shower but both were clean and new. This means the value for us was not excellent but if you were staying in the area for a day or two this would be a great budget stay. Is on a semi industrial site so not picturesque but good location for surrounding area."

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "

"This hotel is very centrally located, with a unique concept. Loved the bar and reception area, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was amazing, with a large bathroom and eco-friendly set up. The walk to the room was a bit longer than expected, but with the size and set up of the room, it was well worth the walk. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Geneva. Loved everything about the hotel. "
