This hotel were having staffing issues, there was no restaurant facilities but the reception staff were helpful to advise us where we could go to eat, which was a short walk away to another hotel. They asked for $50 as a deposit on arrival which we were told we would receive back after a few days but never have! I would not recommend this hotel to other guests and suggest they book elsewhere.

The staff is so nice, they try to accommodate you in every way. We got refunded for our Uber to the hotel since the shuttle wasn’t available. The rooms are clean and is no nice and quiet! I enjoyed it so much. It is truly a pity that they are on strike, the pool is closed and there is no restaurant on the premises. Hopefully they can solve that quickly because I rather stay there than pay an overpriced place downtown.

The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight. There were no amenities due to the ongoing labour dispute. I feel that the hotel could have offered us a discount on the price of the room, as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the experience was good.

Hôtel and room was clean and modern and staff are excellent. Even with labor issues happening, on site staff could not do enough for us, they kept hôtel running, any supplies needed they provided at the front desk. Easy to walk to some restaurants and shopping and quick cab to downtown if needed. Would highly recommend, even with the ongoing labor issues.

Radisson Blu was very clean and I especially like that it was quiet and the view of the marina was beautiful. The staff were courteous and very accomodating and checked us in 3 hours earlier. We were only here for 2 nights pre-cruise.

We arrived early (10:30AM) from a cruise ship intending to drop our bags and check in later. We were given a room immediately. We chose this hotel because we had a 6AM flight the next morning and they have an early airport shuttle. Everything went better than expexted.

Staff were kind and helpful. Shuttle service was good too. Not great though were the urine stain and hair on the toilet seat I had to clean. Maybe a one-off, but not a nice thing to see first thing.

Suffering through a 4 year labour dispute, the staff are superb! A 3 day room service cleaning cycle is difficult to live through. Hopeful all labour issues will be resolved soon and the hotel can provide all the amenities hotel guests deserve.

Very clean room, staff was great and gave us our room extra early since we arrive from our cruise in the am. Only downside there is no onsite restaurant, or anything within walking distance with kids.
