The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"Great rooms! Everything is brand new and room is large compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Location is great with a bus line to any major attraction within a 3-4 minute walk. Owner was super helpful with self check-in direction, gave great directions to get to the rooms, and even helped book a taxi back to the airport."

"great place for a family plenty of room good home base to see rome,, the exchange of money or ability to charge to your room the store cafe or restaurant .. this is important instead of 1 charge and fee and exchange fee when you have this service allows this to occur once, instead every time i paid separately i get charged, not a wise move..."

"Great place to stay with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 small children. Its a great location, spacious, and clean. We were able to walk most places and easily take an uber when needed. There is a grocery store close by that is only a 1 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants near by. It was pretty quiet at night with the occasional noise. Nothing that woke the kids up. Great management! Easy to contact if we had any questions. I would stay here again."

"Really amazing place to stay next to colosseum. Great view of colosseum, tones of restaurants nearby, spacious ( in EU standards) , great for a family of 4, very clean and modern, all utensils available if some one wants to cook. We enjoyed our stay very much. "
