We had a problem with getting the tv working properly and went down to the reception desk and the lady on duty ...I wish I had asked her name. But she went above and beyond to get it working. And succeeded! "

"I booked with them last minute and had a room ready almost instantly. I went up to my room got settled and the tried to watch the tv before bed. The picture was showing and then screen went black maybe five minutes of watching it. I called the front desk and they were not able to fix it then but offered to move me to the empty room next door. Amy was at the front desk and was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. It was a good start to my day. Thank you for the stay. "
