"Clean, need more pet yard, need more breakfast options, nice gym, staff needs to be more receptive, and acknowledging when questioned by customer and not just walk away if questioned. Would of given 5 star overall rating if staff wouldn't of walked off."

"The people at the counter both morning and night (same couple) were amazingly friendly and happy. Do you know how few happy tenants I see? Very few. This was a clean, comfortable relaxing stay and their happiness rubbed off on me after a very long Route66 trip - excellent job!!!!"
