"We had an amazing stay at the Sacher. We had our 14 month old with us and without having requested anything (just noting that we had a baby on the reservation) they went above and beyond to accommodate. Our flight was hours late and we checked in after 10pm to find a crib, diaper pale, age appropriate toys for the baby, baby friendly bath supplies and the best changing matt we've seen thus far. We're already planning our return to Vienna next year and will 100% be staying at the Sacher again....

"I would have given my stay a perfect rating if it weren’t for the fact that at breakfast none of the workers were wearing masks (and it was a buffet). They didn’t care about our safety during this pandemic. Please avoid at the moment. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel. "
