"Great breakfast "

"Citybox was a great place to stay and affordable. The facilities were great, the communal kitchen was perfect to make a brew or eat in to save some money - there was a fridge, kettle, microwave and a coffee machine (this cost extra). Our room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy. Our room was front facing and the trams passed right below the window, unfortunately this meant it was quite noisy even with the window closed and the room shook when they passed. "It was our first family stay at a hostel, we loved the rooftop terrace and social area. Brilliant size room, which was clean and had everything we needed. The beds weren’t the best, thin and hard mattress but lovely warm quilts. Would recommend. "

"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

"The location is the best you can ask for. Walk distance to many attractions and the train station. Got upgraded to the main building. Room was clean and comfortable but as usual in EU pretty small, we we’re there for one night so it was perfect. Breakfast was great!! Would choose it again. "
