"Our first room had a really bad smell in the bathroom and it seems like this is not uncommon. However, the staff were amazing and moved us immediately to another room which had no smell. The rooms are basic and the door to the bathroom doesn't offer much privacy. It's a shame because the communal areas are so much nicer, especially the spa which is excellent! "

"This is my favourite place to stay. Location is superb for walking, great breakfast and nice rooms and common areas. Unfortunately this time I was bitten up pretty badly my last night. Wrote to the hotel but heard nothing back which surprised me."
