"Upon arrival I was meet with locked door. Check-in was at card table in hallway. Was taken to room 205. 2nd floor no elevator. By the way no handicamp were present at front or rear of building. Room has one overhead light, no lamps. The TV was nonfunctional and no one from staff could make it work! Apparently, you are required to have your one subscription. We ask about parking-you are to park in street. We were also informed that rear entrance would be locked and not subject to room...

"Our stay was awesome! I do wish we could have watched live TV cause I have to purchase Netflix for one night so we had something to watch. But the outside neon light outside gave such a cool glow at night time. This whole apartment had such an awesome vibe to it. Five stars for sure"

"Lots of tranffic getting on and off the highway. Parking was not easy to get to. Alot of amenities were not open but was not stated on hotel site"

"Over one hour wait before we could check-in. We were told it was because Hotels.com virtual card wouldn’t clear. Called Hotels.com customer service and was transferred to 5 different people! "

"The hotel was in a convenient location to the things we wanted to see and there were restaurant options close by. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay, the complimentary breakfast had options hot and cold. The room was clean, shower was great, good pressure. The only complaint I had was the beds were not very comfortable, I think the mattresses could be replaced. I would stay again if I were in the area. "
