"Property is about 10-15 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from old town. They provided lockers to store our luggage when we arrived early and our room was not ready. There is no person to greet you at the counter but the phone near the kiosk to check-in connects to a person who answered fairly quickly and was helpful. "

"The property was well-equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Could not find a fault with the property at all. Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Wir waren zufrieden, dass wir etwas für einen guten Preis gefunden haben. Leider war das Apartment anders dargestellt als auf den Bildern, dass es ein Dachgeschossapartment ist, ist okay, aber… der einzig schöne Raum war der Schlafraum und mehr auch nicht. Der Boden im Klo ging ab, beim Bad war der Spiegel zu niedrig. Es gab auch keinen Duschvorhang, also wurde der Boden sehr nass. Die Hälfte der Türklinken gingen ab, deswegen haben wir alle Türen offen gelassen. Eine Tür hat komplett gefehlt...

"der Aufenthalt hat war mäßig ok. Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens tropfte in eine Wanne und musste 2x täglich geleert werden. WLAN Passwort gab es erst am zweiten Tag auf Nachfrage. Es gab 3 kleine Handtücher für 3 erwachsene Personen. Nach über 2 Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt - wird man gehostet, wenn man nach der hinterlegten Kaution fragt. Daher sitzen wir noch auf ca 200€ die wir per Paypal bezahlt haben und noch nicht wieder bekommen haben."

"My husband and I stayed at Gästehaus Kamml for a week. The host is very friendly but only speaks German and you must meet with them in-person because there is no front desk. The accommodations were very clean and the location is great. Our only complaint was that the bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable. "

"Bei dieser Unterkunft muss man 60 Euro Reinigungsgebühren und 200 Euro Kaution im Voraus überweisen. Wir haben das nicht gesehen und mussten vor der Haustür stehend das ganze Geld per PayPal schicken. Wir haben zwei Wochen auf unsere Kaution gewartet und haben Expedia eingeschaltet und mit Anwälten drohen müssen, um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen.
