It was as expected, save the language barrier diffulties with staff. I encourage employment for anyone, but a certain degree of english should be required when it is a place of higher pedigree, such like the Marriot. It made me feel less welcome

My husband and I had a problem with our key/lock x 2. (Apparently the lock battery died ?) The maintainence person and the managers on duty were very professional, helpful and kind. Was greeted as soon as I neared the front desk and check in was fast and easy. I did not have to interact with the staff much but the few times I did they were all helpful and friendly. I liked that there was a Metro station beneath the property, my main reason for choosing this property. Room was fresh and clean and the staff did an excellent job with the room. The food at the restaurant at the property was good but I thought it was a little over priced. There are several places to eat within walking distance of the property though. My only real complaint is that Wi-Fi is extra. You can get complementary Wi-Fi if you join Marriott Bonvoy, though. If you are looking for a property that is clean, friendly staff, easy Metro access, you can not go wrong with this property.
