"The historical atmosphere along with the exquisite finishes, pictures, and stories made this a favorite for us! The restaurants and seating outside had a European feel for us on such a beautiful day. The room was spacious and comforting and we loved it so much that we asked what mattress brand was used. We would go back here anytime. The walking and views were incredible. Full five stars for us!"

"It is in an excellent location to Union Station. We bought a week pass for the Metro and saw all the DC sights. We are so glad we picked The George Kimpton. Plenty of food options -- we recommend The Corner Bakery Cafe, Notra Cucina (Italian), and The Pub in the Phoenix Hotel. Hotel was very clean and safe, staff was very polite and helpful."

This place was in walking distance to many museums, monuments and great restaurants! The metro was located right outside of the property. Couldn’t get any better. We loved our stay. "
