The staff was the star of this Hotel. The valet were extremely helpful as well as the front desk. The inside of the property and rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.

I never leave a comment after i stay but this Hotel needs to be commented. When we come in to the Hotel no one was there to greet you or open the door, They Charge @125.00 PER DAY for incidentals ! $30.00 for GUEST AMENITIES FEE Tax that's unheard of fees. So you basically you pay for the daily cleaning, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I book lost of Hotels and travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was the first time i heard of any fees like this. Besides all this we went for a nice walk around the hotel and came to our room around 3 pm and decided to go to the pool but we couldn't because it was a wedding ceremony function was going on on the terrace and the Guest were not allowed to go to the pool area or the terrace. So even you pay the fees you can't still enjoy the hotel. I am ma VIP member on Expedia and there was no welcoming note or anything waiting at the Hotel room. So imagine if I was to book a large group to this Hotel for a couple of days you have to pay $155 per day for each room. Also the Soap and shampoo in the bathroom was mixed with water I have no idea it was from the previous guest left it like that or the hotel adds water to the shampoos. either way that's shows poor Housekeeping.

Location was a little bit of a walk from public transportation, but I loved the hotel. For a solo trip to DC, this was really perfect. Staff was extremely helpful, and room was modern looking.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar and pool. We had a great staying experience at Viceroy! Staff is very friendly. They took care of all our requests right away. Very clean throughout the hotel. Cafe food is good. Rooftop pool was nice, water a little cold though. Overall We would highly recommend it!

The hotel was very cute and nice. We also liked the area. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Great area. My only complaint was the blow dryer is rigged so you can only use it on a low setting which is impossible for someone that has thick hair. So bring your own blow dryer or you will be going to dinner with wet hair like I did. Other than that the hotel and staff were excellent.
