"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. "Great hotel although looks a bit tired. Cleaning service can be improved. One day the cleaner did not pass at all and the next day the room was cleaned late in the afternoon. Breakfast area lacks character - we did not opt for breakfast as so many options in the area."

"A great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, The ‘lounge’ was a great asset whether as a place to work during the day or for a few drinks/dinner in the evening. The breakfast was also well worth the additional cost"
