"This place is one of a kind. Never stayed in a resort where staff is so welcoming and helpful. Food choice was amazing especially for a vegan were many places dont accommodate it. From the parking to the checkout - all was spectacular. My first time at this hotel and i will definitely come again."

"Very nicely outfitted apartment. Has all you can require, from a fully functioning kitchen to a comfy bed, TV, WiFi and a posh ensuite washroom. The receptionist was very helpful and gave very useful tips and insights on the area surrounding the apartments, from dining options to tourist attractions. Overall, Highly recommended. "

"Was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but we found absolutely no problems at all. Super convenient for motorway, easy parking ( chargeable ), hotel clean and tidy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good shower in fact except for a fridge it had everything we needed…….even an iron and ironing board. We asked for a fan and one arrived in less than 5 minutes. We didn’t eat at the hotel, for no particular reason we walked next door to the Toby Carvery. We have several more appointments in London coming up and will definitely be staying here."

"Very pleasant stay in this impressive accommodation. I assume it is brand new. Everything was meticulous with a good quality feel to it. Access to the room was keyless and via a phone app which was a first for me, but after some explanation on site, all ran smoothly. The room and bathroom were beautiful with great attention to detail. I stayed in room 2 (there were 4 rooms). Coffee and tea making facilities, huge tv. A huge but welcome contrast from what I was expecting as the pub below does not look as luxury. Probably worth enquiring about parking as that was the only difficulty for me (finding nearby parking) "
