We loved our first night, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed the outside area and pool that first day. We decided to stay in this hotel specially so we could have a nice outdoor pool and BBQ dinner one night. However, the pool was closed, without notice, for 2 of our 4 days which was completely frustrating. We asked to use the BBq and firepit while the pool was closed and was told no. Why couldnt we use the BBQ? There was no working with us or care expressed towards our frustration about the pool being closed. If youre going here for the pool, like we were. Be aware that they may just close it on you with no notice. And the last day, we got a call from the front desk telling us they were shutting off the water to fix an issue with plumbing. Luckily we had already showered. Things went down hill fast. I reached out to the manager and have yet to hear back from her. I will chose to spend my money elsewhere next time we are in town.

The property seems very new and super clean. There was constantly someone on hand to answer questions or help out. The hotel uses refillable bottles for items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. It was so nice to have hand soap to wash your hands with rather than the little bar.

Check in was pleasant and efficient, the citrus infused water and cookies was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more then the average packaged pastries and juice. The pool and lounge area was by far my favorite spot though.

Well it’s of all It was a plain room that we paid $500 for a box room the beds were as hard as rocks! We did not get service for our room. I would never pay $500 for a motel 6 room again there! So disappointed! Suppose to be a new hotel!
