"Hotel Staff was unbelievable sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We had a small balcony facing Lake Lucerne…incredible view. The hotel is in Weggis so about 40 minutes from Lucerne. The only complaint I would have would be the hotel hallways looked dingy and old but the rooms were nice. "
