Lift was small so if you do have lots of luggage take note. Breakfast staff polite and courteous. Breakfast not extensive but croissants good. Some cats about so if allergic be aware"

Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant was very rude and we witnessed multiple other guests complaining to the staff while we were there. It definitely impacted our experience dining at the Hoxton."
