"We had to check in early and the staff was super friendly and professional and had let us check in hours before the check-in time. We also asked to leave our luggage with them on the last day since our flight was not until later and that was also handled very professionally. "Overall, the room and hotel were very good. However, the area around the pool is very slippery. The tiles should have a lot more texture to them. Also, there wasn't any guide for the tv. Going to the onscreen guide wasn't helpful as it showed the station but no information as to what show or movie was playing. Due to the heat, we spent a lot of time in the room and it was frustrating having to flip through the stations to find something that we wanted to watch on tv."
