"Overall my stay was fairly decent just a couple of things that could have made it better. 1. The time it takes to get your deposit back is absurd, it should never take 10 days for that. 2. The pillows were soft but too small for a king size bed. 3. Having an ice machine on every floor, but making them inoperable forcing guests to use the one in the lobby is an inconvenience ,especially if you need ice in the middle of the night. 4. There should be vending machines with soft drinks and snacks...
