"When I called b4 making the reservation the desk clerk didn’t mention that the key card maker was broken & each time a guest left their room she had to let them in. Very disappointed also there was 2 semis blocking all the available truck/trailer parking & was told to park across the way up the road with $250,000 worth of truck, trailer & tractor on. Desk clerk was also so high & smelled of marijuana it was very concerning for her safety & guest, "

"Property great, only thing we had issue with was upon arrival I went in to check in and had parked infront of Property in check in area a bus came to also check in and proceeded to honk my son was in the car, the bus driver started yelling and cussing at my son when i went out to move for him he started yelling at me then followed me into hotel yelling at me front desk did nothing to handle the matter or even ask him to stop. "

"They changed up a few items on their breakfast bar that I didn't like. They used to have mini omlettes that were amazing but didn't have them on my last stay. Everything else was good."

"We thank the property managers for allowing us to stay. They changed their policies on pets and no longer allow cats. We had just stayed 10 days before at same location. Quality inn central reservations also told us that they do allow them. Need to ensure that central reservations has the right information. "
