"Bar W is a gorgeous ranch located perfectly close to Whitefish get far enough to properly experience the peace and quiet of the Montana countryside. All the staff at Bar W were friendly, happy and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. The lodge is stunning, homely and comfortable and I could envisage spending more time there with a group of friends or family. One of my favourite experiences of the US, hope to get back there in the summer months for some trail riding. Thanks...

"Beautiful location and immaculate cabin and grounds - we thought they were brand new. Convenient to lots of places to eat in Somers and Lakeside. Incredibly nice owners. We wished we could have stayed longer so we'll have to come back! Highly recommend it!"

"Cute spot but we thought it was in Glacier (it’s about 30 minutes away). Walkable restaurants around. Staff was very helpful, esp Marlene and Christina. Only downside was small bathroom, rooms were not cleaned during our 4 night stay (but towels were given as needed) and person above us was noisy and kept waking us up (that wasn’t the hotels fault). "

"This bed and breakfast was super cute and had gorgeous views! Chris was awesome and sat outside with us when I asked her for some history about the place. I’d love for my husband and I to return and stay for more than 1 night. We also heard about the owners’ son who was murdered in Singapore and purchased the book about it while there. I finished most of it before even making it home on our flight. We hiked Glacier and stayed here for our 3rd place and next time, I’ll stay here majority...

"Visited during shoulder season had pros of being less busy and crowded but seemed like a lot of new staff were getting trained and they had minor service issues. Generous room sizes, good location, small spa. Overall, a good stay."
