"Great central location for a lot of exploring near by: harder Kulm, interlaken, grindelwald, lauterbrunnen. 5 minute walk to the bus/train station. Grocery store near by and places to eat or have a drink as well. Familysuite was spacious and great. King bed in bedroom and a comfortable Murphy bed in the living area. Breakfast was included and enjoyable. The lady working breakfast was very sweet and kind. "

"Stayed in room number 21 which was the room Sean Connery used when the cast stayed at the hotel whist filming Goldfinger. Lovely room with great decor. A pleasure and privilege to use it. Friend arranged without my knowledge for a dry Martini ( shaken not stirred) to be delivered to the room for which the management did not charge my friend for. A lovely gesture by both parties. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody."
