"Upon check in i found out that they did not have tap to pay. This forced me to use a form of payment I did not want to use for this trip. Also the A/C system did not work in common areas. The lobby smelled bad. The smell varied by day. It either smelled like industrial cleaners or a litterbox the next. Overall the room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean. "

"Didn’t plan on staying an additional night in Oklahoma City weren’t it for an extensive airline delay. I was pleasantly surprised that a room was available for reservation literally an hour before I checked in. Everything about the hotel was top-notch including staff, food/beverage offerings in the lobby, in-room amenities, and free hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel was literally my savior during a stressful time in my return home. "
