"The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms. "

"The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...

"Location was good. But the place was not the cleanest. Beds were old mattresses were stained like murders. Water heater turned down cold water. No comforters just dirty blankets with holes. White socks are not an option l. Had to throw them away due to turning them black. Washing and bleach could not save them. Communication there is none. "

"Recently renovated. Super location, 100 feet from boardwalk. Drug store, liquor store, convenience store are walking distance; grocery store is 3 miles drive. Beds are comfy. Hot water and good water pressure in the showers. A/C worked well and kept cool when outdoor temp was 80 deg. New windows open easy to enjoy cool beach air at night. Enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Plenty of sights and sounds on the street during the day, but quiet neighborhood at night. Kitchen well equipped with...
