"Great overall stay. Great location for Alexanderplatz Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, but struggled for 10 minutes at check-in to find our booking which was via hotels.com. We were given a free early check-in, but was placed into a disability room for the week. This meant an open shower in the bathroom so the floor got very wet and no additional towel/ bath mat was provided. The bath towels are very very small! But the shower itself was powerful. The bed was very comfortable and a good size...

"Second time I've stayed at this establishment, so that says it all. Lovely accommodating staff, great Doner kebabs a few steps away, lovely Irish pub within a stone's throw, and very close to the S-Bahn & U-Bahn (5 minute walk). You can also very easily walk to the Brandenburg Gate."

"Good hotel. Small parking lot, and they were too full for our car at one point. Most of the service was good but one of the front desk staff was rude. Area is close to a buss stop. Nice little Italian restaurant next door has good food."
