Our experience with the check-in process was frustrating and disappointing. There was no reception or accessible customer support at the designated check-in time, and resolving the access issue took several hours, which was very inconvenient. That said, once we got past the initial challenges, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking snow-covered scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. The gondola rides and Coca-Cola Tubing were highlights of the trip, offering so much fun for all ages. The dining options in the area were diverse and delicious, making it easy to find something for everyone. A special mention goes to the staff at the Winter Park Village stores—they were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome and appreciated. Despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful time enjoying everything this destination has to offer and would recommend it to others, with the hope that the check-in process is improved in the future. Difficult check in experience, no clear direction for layout or parking specifics. Hot tub services down but was not informed beforehand. Toaster needs replaced and unsafe to use. Most of this was probably because it was off season but for the price I would have expected better

-We had to keep our window open with the box fan on the ground floor which caused uncomfortable/unsafe conditions. -Middle window's lock was broken. -Sprinkler turned on in the morning coming through our window and waking us up. -Did not mention "no AC" in reservation. -Assigned the wrong room in the zephyr via text message day of, this caused us to walk around for 45 minutes with all of our luggage. Went back to front desk and they gave us correct room in the correct building. -Parking was confusing, coupon code did not work. We were charged 100 dollars for less than 24 hour stay. Had to email property manager to get refund.

Weather was gorgeous during our trip. The room was nice and had every thing we needed, however, check in directions are very unclear. You should note to check in at the Zephyr Mtn Lodge across the street. We spent 15 minutes trying to figure out the check in process while carrying heavy bags with no direction other than parking. The internet in our room went out twice on each night we were there, the breaker for the ceiling fan blew multiple times causing the ceiling light and fan to not work and the bed is terribly uncomfortable. We actually slept on the living room floor and couch the last night because the bed was so painful

I specifically chose this property because of the location and the hot tub that is listed as image number one. No where, NO WHERE was I told along the multiple page checkout or various pricing sites that the hot tub is undergoing renovations this summer. I understand routine or emergency maintenance but PRE PLANNED RENOVATIONS??? I feel the property has the responsibility to tell future guests of such a pre planned construction event. When I asked the front desk about it I was told that I should have known based on the price of the room. What?? How would I know what average nightly rates are? This is an illogical and very dissatisfying response to a complaint. Needless to say... DON'T GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING ABOVE A LESS-THAN-AVERAGE MOTEL 8 STAY.

There is no one to check in with. Got there just after five. Btiok hLh hour to hook up with person. It’s a small town closed up at 8 except one bar till 9 It’s not for night life with us just as we as you must enter a 13 digit code to be let in. Also no ac. Can be an issue on hot day as this day was.
