Price was def right and the room was large for the family ! We would def stay again and it sucked the stuff wasn’t open but we got to go to Atlantis which made up for everything!! Would stay again !

This was the worst place to stay at. We couldn’t check in early if we wanted a fridge. We checked in at 4pm NO fridge in room tv was Roku so internet not working so NO tv. We left early to go home as our vacation was ruined. Inside pool open fri and Sat only. Outside water park not opened at all. Another patron said no fridge or bed in his room upon there arrival. This we stayed here a few yrs back and it was nice. Never again

The room we got was fine. Nothing super fancy. It was a huge disappointment with the check in process. Everyone all shows up at 4 PM for check in and then it’s just a huge line you have to wait in. There was multiple people ahead of us who were already complaining that they screwed up their rooms. We brushed it off only to get our room keys, go to our room and find they also gave us the wrong room. We had a room for 4 people 2 beds and they gave us one bed and it was a dirty room. We promptly went back to the front only to have to wait in line again and listen to others problems with their rooms. One was they got their room key and walked into the room only to find that someone was already in it. Which then made us even more nervous about staying. They fixed our problem though after waiting for what seemed like forever. We ended up still staying but they also fail to mention they charge your card a deposit for $50 and then another $20 a day. We won’t be going back. To much of a hassle when there is better hotels in the area. Our mistake was thinking this was a cheap place for a quick 1 night stay.

Furniture was very dirty, and need to be cleaned, or new updatd Furniture!! No "WIFI", No covers to cover up with. Doors to cabinet wete broke, couldn't open up balcony doors in the bedrooms, on website mentioned that " No dogs allowed" There were dogs staying withib the hotels rooms, dogs barking noisy!! Outdoor pool was not working at all. Remote did not work the T.V. in the rooms.

Aside from only one person checking guests in. Check in was not available till 7. We stayed because our stay was not refundable. With having a disabled parent needing electricity to run medicine was an absolute inconvenience. So do not go there if you have any medical needs that would require you to need a room at a normal check in time. They do not give tickets to Noah’s park or my Olympus, but they give access to Atlantis family water park hotel.

I requested an early check in, my room was not ready. After a few, I was assigned to a room which was missing a sofa bed. The second room A/C was not working and had a strong smell of tobacco and another family was assigned to the same room. The last room had everything with the exception of a microwave and staff told me they were going to bring me one but never arrived. Facility needs to be conditioned, I saw hanging/loose smoke detectors which is unsafe for people especially kids.

They did not have enough help. I waited to get checked in for 45 minutes. Very dirty... Then I entered my room and seen that it was dirty also... floors were very dirty, framed pictures were leaning against the wall needed to be hung, towels that should of been clean were full of hair, trim around the inside and outside of bathroom were falling off and electrical outlets were not properly working plug things in and they just fell out. Next door people had a dog that barked all afternoon and most of the night!!

First off, I went to check in and was told no rooms were available sadly, the lady at check in took my name down and said she would call once one is available (NEVER CALLED) I went back around 6:30ish to check in only to find out they had no rooms to fit myself and 4 children. She offered two separate rooms or a refund. I was very upset after waiting all day to find out no rooms can accommodate my family. The lady at check in seemed like she did not care and blamed Expedia for over booking. Very poor service notice while I was in line.

We booked what was called an apartment on Expedia. We found out we ended up booking a suite. It was a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and the living room with a bathroom that had double sinks. The room was amazing.! When we arrived late that night we got our keys and they took us to a completely outdated room, which did not match the pictures. Oddly enough when we went back and told them this wasn’t the room we booked the gentleman apologized and told us he would give us a refund since the room we booked had been sold and we were getting, a lesser suite than the one that we booked. (I never received my refund. ) The amazing suite was just four doors down from the completely outdated room. The indoor park was nice, although we paid the extra money and went to the Kalahari.

When we checked in and got too our room it wasn't the room we had blocked so we carried 3 sleeping children up the room 281 that we were assigned too witch we booked and 2 queen bed and sofa sleeper and the room 281 was only a king bed so had to carry kids to the vehicle switch rooms carry them and luggage back into the new room and the toilet had a high pitched sqeal all night long all night long

Only thing that bothered me was how bad the WiFi was, could be because there was a lot of people on it but it kept disconnecting and then reconnecting, and then saying it was connected but wouldn’t work, had a hard time using the Roku tv because of that. But overall a great place, nice big rooms, loved the Waterpark also.
