"Check in was slightly problematical as the room was not ready for me when I arrived at 11.00 pm. However the sincere and genuine care of the check in staff, along with the complimentary breakfast made up for the delay. Problems occur, it is how they are dealt with that matters. The hotel is conveniently situated just 20 minutes via the railway line from Chopin Airport. "

"Such a great hotel! It is located so convenient to a shopping centre, the business district, restaurants and all types of transit. The rooms are very nice, clean and have the right amenities. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is also very quiet at nice and it has a mini fridge which is the main reason I booked a room at golden Tulip! I did have difficulty adjusting the temperature in my room which is the only downside to my stay. "
