"What an exceptionally beautiful hotel, set away in a magnificent rainforest. We had a room right on a cascading creek and the sound of the water was pure magic. There were a family of monkeys on the trees directly in front of our balcony, oblivious to us. So much fun to observe them. The service of the staff was exceptional and Dumi, our guide had a deep knowledge of the area and took us on some wonderful local field trips. I cant praise Glenrock enough. "This was our first stop in Sri Lanka for one night only and after a nightmare journey with flight cancellations, the staff very kindly allowed us to check in at 5am, which we greatly appreciated. The phone number for the hotel was wrong on Expedia so we struggled to get in touch with them to let them know about our late arrival however our driver was able to contact them for us - so just make sure you’ve got the right contact details in case you need them! The hotel is lovely and we were sad not...

"Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do. "We stayed at the Villa Tea Fields for one night during our visit to Nuwara Eliya. The room was clean/combortable, bathroom was newly renovated/modern. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was a great place to relax, read a book, take in the view of the garden - very pleasant experience. We highly recommend the Villa Tea Fields if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya. "

"Good spot for a night on the way— simple and clean, with lovely warm service. Probably a bit overpriced but a solid, good option. Food was delicious as well and they accommodated all of our needs."

"Nice place a bit outside of the town in a very quiet neighbourhood. We had a very nice night playing pool with the staff. Good breakfast and a nice room in an old colonial style building. Overall a bit run down though. "
