"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. As for location, you will need to take a taxi from the train station, but everything in the city center is very walkable, making exploration simple. "The Hotel is ideally located to Ghent center and is easily accessible by rail and road. My visit was for business to which the hotel catered for well and again was ideally located for the industrial area to the north of Ghent. An easy 20 minutes drive from the hotel. "

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."
