The bed frame had a hole, I asked for it to be replaced and they just fixed it, but it didn't work. The bath towels don't dry and the bathroom floods.

Absolutely amazing and very friendly staff. We had an infant, and the hotel was able to accommodate a crib, as well as hot water from the bar when a kettle was unavailable. There are also free lockers and there are lots of baby accomodations, like a changing room and high chairs. Super! Totally recommend.

We arrived late to the place, extremely tired from a long trip. But the bed wasn’t ready. The manager or the mister behind the counter helped me do the chekin and was very helpful to prepare the bed, but his colleges were rude to him.

Good stay
Big and lovely with curved windows. Modern bathroom. A little different you check in on a computer rather than with a person, but it worked OK. Unfortunately, I was hoping our room would have a refrigerator and a teapot. Parking underneath the hotel is €16. Easy to get to when we came in to town, which was great because we didn’t have Internet to find it

I have stayed here multiple times and it has always been great. The rooms and hotel are nice. But this time the bed was very firm. Every time the heat/air clicked on, there was a knocking and ringing sound. It sounded like someone was knocking on my door. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night and made either hard to sleep.

I understand the concept of saving resources, but have never seen such a tiny glass protection on the shower. Meaning water splashing everywhere. Only one coffee machine for the entire breakfast room!! And that one broke! Long line for one cup of coffee, breakfast food was cold by the time we finally had a cup.
