"I wanted to love this place, and I had read reviews before booking, but I hoped for a better experience. The view from the hotel was stunning, probably the best in town. However, the cost didn’t match what was provided. The pool wasn’t clean, despite a pool cleaner being onsite for two days, and the Jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we booked, was a letdown. "We had a great stay at Casa del Cafe Real. Staff was super friendly and Hotel was very clean in a good area of town, a few blocks from the main square. Only cons would be that the shower head had a small leak(drop nonstop) and the rooms are very spacious but with no place to seat. A small couch pr couple pf chairs to seat would be great! 👍 "

"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."
