"Very quiet area"

"The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. Some of the issues we noticed: 1: Broken Tiles in the bathroom. 2: Room furniture shows signs of wear 3: Room air conditioning not operational 4: Bed mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. "Location and view were great. Renovating, so facility was compromised. Bathtub jets did not work and tub leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Wanted to call for service help to clean up, but phone did not work. Novice staff at front desk. Overall was good, but issues detracted from to rating."
