"Sehr schön gelegene Lodge mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider hatten wir in der 2. Nacht Ratten im Zelt was weniger schön war..es wurde sich aber schnell darum gekümmert. Zudem sind die Einheimischen in der Umgebung anscheinend sehr Partyfreudig, weswegen es manchmal bis 23 Uhr sehr sehr laut war! Schade… aber alles zusammen ein guter Aufenthalt."

"A beautiful setting directly on Tissa lake. The lobby opens out straight onto the garden and pool. Our room had opening sliding doors allowing an unhindered views of the lake. Hundreds of birds coming and going and there is an amazing twilight sight as the fruit bats leave the island for the night. Nice local area and an easy walk along the lakeside into town for the night. Food and service was great."

"We had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. "Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious and uniquely decorated and fit the jungle aesthetic. Due to its proximity to Yala National Park, we saw many wild Peacocks roaming around in the backyard. This also meant that the Safari jeep was able to pick us up on the main road easily on the way to the park. On the downside, the property was located at the end of a dirt path off the main road and was not properly marked on the map. This made it very difficult was taxi drivers to find the hotel....
