"This is an amazing place to stay in and around Mt Fuji, we had the best view straight from our hotel window! The room was extremely clean and was very comfortable to stay in. There is the FujiQ Highland park right next door and a train station nearby to take you into Lake Kawaguchiko where there are great dining options and a beautiful lake to look at, I would definitely stay here again! "

"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when we needed assistance! The team at the Mt. Fuji hotel were very friendly and assisted us with whatever we needed. The view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was amazing! We ended up walking up the mountain to the hotel, as we did not initially know about the shuttle bus but that did not prove to be too difficult. We had a fantastic time at Mt. Fuji hotel!! "
