"Wonderful stay here. Very authentic onsen experience. All inclusive was great with access to the lounge. Kaiseki dinner was wonderful. Breakfast has a lot of options. The gardens were stunning. The evening drum performance and bingo was great fun. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy for our short stay so we couldn’t see Mt Fuji but the hotel made our stay just as pleasurable even without seeing the view."

"The property is located in a beautiful location and it is within walking distance of the gardens, gorgeous cafes, and the lake and nature paths. The hot springs are wonderfully relaxing and having lovely views. The food was delicious and the service was superb. We would definitely come back as a family (as we did) or as a couple. " It's was a treat to stay in a traditional Ryokan-difficult to tell if this is really traditional or not. The onsen was nice, the futon beds were small and uncomfortable, the food looked spectacular but was pretty disappointing, very expensive dinner especially as there are so many nice places for a lot less near by. Breakfast was includde and again looked great but wasn't for us, so we cancelled 2 out of 3 days. Ideally located to explore the area with great views of Fuji about a 2 min walk...

"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. "Traditional Ryokan with very basic facilities. Nothing special to boast off but charges are on higher side. They do not even accept credit card payment and need cash, which was very annoying and difficult as I had to walk to nearby family mart to get cash out for making payment. The owner was nice and soft spoken, did a tea ceremony for couple of minutes and also dropped us to the train station on the morning. No dining facility in the Ryokan and owner seem to be not available after some time to...
