"The most beautiful room we have booked during this Japan trip, the staff was very helpful to help us make a reservation for the French restaurant that located in the hotel,the room was big, also I love love love the shower.I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Yokohama ."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and professional. We were able to store our luggage there before check-in with no extra charge.The hotel has washing machines and dryers to do laundry so this was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom is really small, we managed just fine."
