I did not realize that the bill was not already paid, since credit card information was taken by Travelocity. The charge needed to happen at the property and we had already left. I felt bad for not understanding. We solved it quickly. Sorry to the management for the misunderstanding. "

We spent a lot of our time in Izamal just at the hotel because it was so relaxing. It was very difficult to leave."

"We had an overnight flight to Cancun got a car and drove straight to Valladolid and to the hotel. We were way to early to check in, but they let us park the car there so we could walk to the bank to get money and food. A word for the wise, get your pesos before going to Valladolid as the hotel only takes cash and getting money out of the bank may not be easy. Casa Rosario is in a convenient location with restaurants and store a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. "

"I stayed in total seven nights at El Tigre de Santiago. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but a quick jaunt away from downtown and really close to the Santiago market which is good for breakfast or lunch. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, the layout of the hostel easy and conducive to making friends if desired. They also have purified water to help stay hydrated. The staff were helpful as well, and very accommodating."

They gave us a map of the town and marked places to visit and recommended places to eat. The room was amazing. It had a large living area with a fridge and kettle. Our bedroom was upstairs and was huge. It’s in the best location so close to everything. Highly recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "
