This hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location right downtown Zacatlan. Problem is parking, you can only have valet parking and wait for the cars at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing.

Es un lugar en una área muy centrica, donde se puede descansar y además cuenta con un Spa de primera. LAs instalaciones son de primer nivel y los espacios de los cuartos y amenidades muy buenos para un excelente descanso. A pie están muchísimos lugares que ir a conocer de Zacatlán. Lo único que no me gusta es el nuevo restaurante, porque su servicio (sobretodo el gerente que es muy prepotente)y calidad de alimentos considero no es de la altura del resto del Hotel, quizá por ser de cadena. Es mi apreciación y en gustos se rompen generos. Sin embargo, el restaurante Agave que está pasando la calle es una excelente opción de sabor, con excelente servicio y precios.

Me cobraron una botella de 12 pesos que no se consumió exigiendo que se pagara Mucho cuido hotel Es una estafa te ponen botellas en el cuarto de bajo valor y te las cobran en 12 mil cuando la botella no llega ni a los 1000 pesos yo ya regresé por el mal estado y me querían cobrar como oro muy mal estafadores ya puse mi queja ante profeco no caigan en este hotel de estafa

Hasta ahora todo muy bien como siempre, salvo la concesión del restaurante nuevo, que ni siquiera se puede uno sentar como huesped si no consume uno algo, antes había unas mesas con sombrillas donde se podía uno sentar, y ahora nos dejaron sin eso, que pena.

Muy buen lugar para visitar Zacatlán, lo único pésimo es el nuevo concesionario de restaurante. No había terminado de desayunar y hasta la servilleta que estaba usando me la quitaron y dijo el mesero que era por protocolo. Mi viejo pueblito está a años luz del hotel y sus servicios que son de primera como el spa. Ojo con quienes se asocian
