"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."

When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the...

"The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice....
