"This was my second stay this year at Hotel Kong Arthur and it will not be my last. The staff are absolute treasurers. No request or question is too small. So friendly and welcoming! Rooms are clean and well attended. One complaint this trip was our room was front facing the main entrance and it was quite loud day and night with people coming and going. We, as Americans, are used to air conditioners so we found the room to be too warm for sleeping and only realized there was a fan in the...

"Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! Would defo recommend if you want somewhere away from centre but close to supermarket, few restaurants, near little mermaid and nice walk into the centre and close to train and metro"
